WORK IN PROGRESS
An ongoing project which takes me back to my roots. Based on my childhood memories of being brought up in India as a third generation Anglo Indian during the momentous last days of the Raj, before India gained independence in 1947.
These memories reflect small events and excitements in my early life, coloured by the place and the moment, unmindful of the immense political upheaval and uncertainties of the time. Personal memories that go beyond the stereotypical Western perception of India.
